Post – Convention Tour

(Shiraz, Yazd, Isfahan)

1st February: (Tehran – Shiraz)

11:30 – 12:45. After Closing Ceremony, departure for the post tour to Mehrabad Domestic Airport. Flight Tehran to Shiraz, (lunch On Board).

14:00. Flight to Shiraz.

15:00. Arrive to Shiraz, the former capital of Iran, the city of nightingales, poetry and roses is the centre of Fars Province.

15:30 – 19:00. Enjoy the beauty of Karim Khan Castle, the appearance of the building resembles a solid fortress entirely made of bricks with military as well as residential functions. Then visiting, the Tomb of Hafez, a Persian poet (14th century) who laud the joys of love and wine also targeted religious hypocrisy.

19:30 – 21:30. Having dinner and check in at hotel (Chamran/Homa).

2nd February: (Shiraz – Yazd)

6:00 – 7:00. Breakfast and check out.

7:15 – 8:30. Departure to Persepolis (70 km).

8:30 – 11:00. Visit Persepolis, a castle made by free workers not slaves in 500 BC and a world heritage site.

11:45 – 12:30. Visit Naghshe Rostam, on a cliff overlooking a plain encircled by mountain there are reliefs belong to Elamite, Achaemenian and (500BC) the Sassanid period.

12:30 – 13:30. lunch.

13:30 – 18:30. Continue our journey to Yazd, (360 km).

18:30. Check in at (Dad/Moshir) hotel.

19:30 – 21:00. Dinner.

3rd February: (Yazd)

Yazd is still home to Iran’s largest community of Zoroastrians, with its winding lanes, fortes of badgirs (wind catcher), mud break old town, Yazd is one of the high lights of any trip to Iran.

7:30 – 8:45. Breakfast.

9:00 – 10:00. Visit the Fire Temple (House of Eternal Fire), the sacred fire has been burning since 470 AD.

10:30 – 11:30. Walking in the old town, the phoenix of the desert has largest earthen architecture complex in the world.

11:30 – 12:30. Jame mosque, one of the five most important Jame mosques in Iran.

13 – 14:00. Lunch.

14:30 – 15:30. Visiting Dolat Abad Garden, a world heritage site.

16:00 – 17:00. Visit the tower of silence, the Zoroastrian burial grounds.

17:30 – 18:30. Visiting Amir Chakhmaq square and shopping for Yazdi sweets.

18:30 – 19:30. Freshen up at hotel.

20:00 – 22:00. Dinner.

4th February: (Yazd – Isfahan)

7:00 – 7:45. Breakfast.

8:00. Departure to Maybod city (45 km) an ancient city that goes back to pre-Islamic arena.

9:00 – 12:30. Visiting Meybod, Narin Castle, the Ice house, used to store ice throughout the year, Caravanserai, a large inn enclosing a courtyard providing accommodation for travellers.

12:45. lunch.

14:30. Departure to Isfahan, (270 km).

19:00. Check in at Abbasi Hotel

19:30 – 21:30. Dinner.

5th February: (Isfahan)

Isfahan is Iran’s masterpiece, the jewels of Historical Persia. It was the capital of Iran in a number of the post – Islamic periods, but its golden age was during the Safavid dynasty in the 17th century.

7:00 – 7:45. Breakfast.

8:00, departure to visit Naghsh-e Jahan Square, (royal square) the second largest square in the world with numerous monuments is really a museum in the open air.

8:30 – 12:30. visit Aliqapu palace, Shekh lotfollah mosque, decorated with the best mosaics of 17th century era, and Jame mosque, the most complete mosque in Iran.

12:45 – 14:30. lunch.

14:30 – 15:30. Visiting Chehel Sotun palace (palace of 40 pillars), a pleasure pavilion and reception hall.

15:30 – 17:30. Visit Vank church, Holy Savior Cathedral.

17:45 – 18:30. Visit Sio–Sepol, This Bridge is a stone double-deck arch bridge in Isfahan.

19:00 – 21:00. Dinner.

6th February: (Isfahan – Airport)

Morning, Breakfast and free time for visiting Bazaar.

12:00. check out.

13:00. lunch.

14:30. departure to IKA (International Airport).

NOTE: Depend on your International flight, you will have the chance to visit the magnificent Qajari houses in Kashan city.
